- Notify us by sending an email to: firstname.lastname@example.org. Please explain why you are returning the item. This helps us improve our products and services.
- We will send a return shipment label to your email address.
- Refunds may be limited or declined. We inspect all returned items. The product must be in new, unused condition, with all original product inserts and accessories to receive full refund.
- If the return is a result of our error or defective product. Please photograph and send explanation in your email.
