Shipping policy

PREPARATION TIME

Orders are usually shipped within 24-72 business hours and will be continuously processed Monday – Friday. Deliveries may take 3-7 business days. Unless you have opted for expedited shipping services, please allow the aforementioned amount of time for delivery.

EXPEDITED SHIPPING SERVICES

All orders placed before 1 PM MST for expedited shipping services (including 2nd day air and 3 day select) will be shipped on the same day. All orders after 1 PM MST will be shipped on the following day. If there are any delays in expedited shipping services caused by the carrier, we will work together with the customer to resolve the issue to the best of our ability however we cannot make any guarantees as it is entirely up to the carrier for reimbursement.

HOLIDAYS

All holidays observed by shipping carriers will affect shipment delivery times. Please note that it is on the customer to be aware of these holidays and account for transit time. We do not hold accountability for missed delivery dates due to holidays and inclement weather.
